...It is flat, 1000 ft over 50'ish miles. There are big hills on both sides of the trail but it runs along the river so it's between the hills and rather flat.
The lady in black and her hubby are new at riding in a line. You can see that she if pretty far off his wheel. Once she builds some trust, she'll do much better with the aero benefits. Then I'm sure she'll ditch the baggies!
