Hi,

So this weekend I'd like to try my hand at beginning short-distance, one-day touring. My goal is to go from Philadelphia to Lancaster and back through Valley Forge and PA Route "S."

I've seen a few route signs in passing before. There are no good directions on the Internet except for a few Bikely routes. I'm wondering if I need to bring a cue sheet, or should the signs guide me well enough? Also, where is the entrance to "S"? I've ridden the trail to that small park across from the actual Valley Forge before, but not beyond.
