I like the guys at Pacific Bikes in SF. They have a large selection of Bianchi, Masi, etc SS/Fixies. Although I've heard some people don't care for some of the sales guys. I, myself, hadn't encountered that. They've trued a couple of my wheels I bought elsewhere and repaired a bent Mavic bladed spoke and saved me some $$ instead of buying a new spoke that would have taken a week to get. They only charged me something like $20 to fix and true the wheel.
Although I have never bought a bike there... but my other experiences there have been good.
You can even try, dare I say it, Performance Bike in SF. They have the Schwinn Madison, Fuji, and ?
