I will be doing some testing soon...
Started base training a couple weeks ago after doing strength all winter...
First race is not until end of June so I got a ways to go...
I do feel stronger even if the numbers don't say yet...
I did 10 sec spin ups yesterday and was just below my PB 5 sec power last year, still eWang "Untrained" (
I ain't no sprinter)...
I am going to some 5 min hillclimb repeats today and will get back to this thread...
I hope to see some good numbers after I hack out a lung...
