I just finished installing one of these for a customer.

This install was on a touring style bar rather than a drop bar, so shims were neccessary.

Because neither the shifter nor the cassette joint is equipped with a barrel adjuster, it is neccessary to put one in line.

I know, the picture makes it look like it will clang on the chain stay, but that really is not the case.
I like the way it works. Feels good, works well.
