A foot is not a break. If you think it is then you probably shouldn't be concerned about how well your wheels ride.
My frame came to me brand new orderd without break mounts so i dont have a break cuse one they are annoying and two they rip paint of your rim so i obviously do care about my rear wheel thanks also what else can i use my hands?
