Let me guess...this goes back to the "sloping top tubes are for women's bikes" thing. What kind of man rides a woman's bike?

Seriously though, you should get a bike that isn't completely repulsive to you. But sloped top tubes exist for a reason, and you'll likely have to go custom to find one without.
