So if I don't get it wrong, you're saying that the noise only appears when you put sufficient force on the right crank arm?
I'd suggest a more thorough noise debugging. I had a problem where I thought the noise only appeared when I was pedaling, but it turns out that it happened even when rolling. The hubs were adjusted too tight, and the seal may have needed some lubing.
