You might want to mention how far you generally ride, what size tires you run, and whether you want to be able to mount fenders or a rack. The Kilo is generally considered more tracky in terms of geometry and ride, so depending on your answers to the above questions, it probably wouldn't be your best bet. I've seen a lot of people bashing Felt bikes, but I've never ridden one, so I won't comment.

My single speed commuter is an IRO Rob Roy, which has been discontinued, but it's a cyclocross-style frame, more along the lines of the Bianchi San Jose. The IRO Mark V is a great suggestion also.
