Like at the Tour of California when the athletes were whisked away from the race, sequestered into their rooms, released temporarily for team meals which are always with other teams (except on the last night), herded back into their rooms, massaged, and then put to bed. They might hang out in the lobby to get the free Internet. Then they spend their Monday in an airport where nobody recognizes them. And the rest of the week, they live in oblivion.
