I recommend musclehack.com, there's a lot of good information there about simultaneous fat loss and muscle gain. If you want to lose fat you need cardiovascular exercise and a calorie deficit. Very low carb diets are an effective way to drop body fat fast. I eat less than 30 grams of carbs on five and a half days out of the week and I have enough energy to lift weights five days in a row and bike.
