Dosage is just whatever's on the bottle. It seems to be quite benign. Different packagings have different amounts of teh active stuff.
I realize it's rather benign and I realize you can buy 500 - 1000 mg capsules. Not sure yet how many I'll take of either if any at all. I think I saw somewhere 1500 mg a day.
