I have one, my dad gave it to me for christmas.
It's supposed to strengthen the forearm and wrist muscles so it would help for tennis and biking.
I have noticed a change in my tennis playing. My grip on the racket isn't as wimpy as it was before
and I can serve /hit a bit harder.
