I'll try to get a picture of the insides next time i have access to a camera. I don't have one and always end up borrowing a friends. It works really well, and doesn't swing much at all.
I did stuff newspaper in the bag to bring out the overall shape of it. But depending on what you have inside will depend on the bag's size (the picture has the bag to it's largest possible size). I've used it and it works great. My only problem is the buckles. They work great but require a little bit more time to unbuckle. This was the only idea for a buckle I had that would fit this type of bag style.
