Welcome to the forums! You can add pictures by doing the following:
When posting, scroll down slightly and you will see an option to "Manage Attachments". There you can upload pictures from your computers or if you have some photos of the bike on the web, then you can enter the web link to those photos.
BTW, what is the joke with the name "Manila"? It's a nice name. *confused*
