If it has cantilever brakes and fender mounts, a front rack can be mounted. Nitto makes a rack that mounts to canti bosses. I think Nashbar has a knockoff, if the thought of putting an expensive Nitto rack on a cheap bike bothers you....
Hats off to Schwinn and Performance. The pump doubling as a seatpost is an interesting idea. Don't know how it would be to actually USE, but it's a nice spec.
