Didn't think of this today, I think this could have made a big difference in how I felt.

On the other hand, as I off-loaded the Cervelo from my car, I noticed the front brake is rubbing badly, the wheel only goes 4 revs before it stops against the brake pad, I'm sure that didn't help. Front Zipp may need a truing.
