S1 comes with the Ergonova bars NOT the Ergosum bars, at CC they're $90 at 277g. It also comes with the ARX pro stem which you're right is cheaper but CC says it weighs 136. I'm going by CC prices what're you going by?

The Ergonova are a little bigger than the compact Ergosum but I have a dislike for "ergo" bars.
I just mounted the ARX Team stem and Ergosum on my bike and they feel great.

It's just not worth it. Sure Cervelo is sweet bling, but I can't afford roughly $400 for a cool logo on the side of my bike. If the S1 is stiffer and accelerates better though... that's a different case, I'm not exactly sure I'm sold on the aerodynamics jive.
The one I rode was stiff but not in a good way, I really wanted to like it but I ended up buying a Felt.
Also the friggin' noise of the internal cables clanking around drove me nuts!
