If you want to pay a bit more, I've been putting the Continental "Town & Country" model on our police bikes for years. They wear well, are easy to mount and dismount, and don't have any tiny little grooves to pick up debris that eventually will give you a flat.
I'd go for the narrowest one; the tubes you have should work fine.
