2005 rockhopper comp, may need smaller frame

I bought the 2005 rockhopper comp disc a few years back, new on closeout, and it's a 21" frame.
Now, I love the bike, but sometimes it feels a bit big. I'm thinking I would be able to throw around a 19" frame a bit better. I'm about 6' to 6'1", and have a couple inches of space on the standover.

The bike hasn't been abused, and the components are all still solid. I would like to find another frame and just swap components. The only sticking points would probably be derailleur clamp and seatpost diameters, not a big deal.

Any advice on where to start? Aside from a few small rock chips, the frame is in good shape. How much do you think it would be worth? I'm not a hardcore rider, mostly rolling single track, and usually only make it out on a few long rides a season.

Advice is greatly appreciated.
