I've done it, but I certainly don't condone it. Rode with massive road rash, hamstring pulls & various illnesses. I could have just cross-trained & not worked the injured part of my body.
The craziest thing was doing a 150 mile paceline ride with a sprained thumb. That was dumb. Miraculously, I remember enjoying that ride.
