Like I said, a lot of bad advice in his thread...
i agree with that one...its bs to say you should NOT be climbing out of the saddle at all...
but whats kinda funny is that i
swear in one of lances books (i think the first) he talks about
never climbing out of the saddle...and if he did on training rides than coach would remind him to sit...then you watch the video and hes all over the place...maybe just a training technique?
