loctite cleat screw in the future,
for the now yeah i'd put the pedal back on the bike, now twist the shoe clockwise so it tightens the cleat, you may have to make a full rotation or w/e but eventually the cleat should get so tight to the shoe that it gets grip and comes out of the pedal, then get you allen and pull the cleat off
