Congrats on your weight loss. As a cycling coach I work with pro racers and folks that just want to lose some weight. Remember to mix up your workout. This will keep your body from adjusting to the work load. If you have been riding on the flats for a couple of hours: Take a day and throw in hills it can be a much shorter ride but the intensity will go way up. Don't let your body get used to your work out.
