Well, it looks like my little fall and cramps pale in comparison to some of your guys ordeals. I thought that I would update this. I talked to the trainer, and she agreed that I should drop the leg weight lifting to once a week if I could fit in a day of hills on the bike instead. My injuries are all but gone, my legs healed up, and the bruise that I had on my elbow is barely showing. I did have headaches for a couple of days afterward, but I am not sure that was caused by my fall. Anyway, I did one workout on Monday and took most of the week off to get ready for my metric on Sunday. Today I did 17 miles with some high cadence and everything felt good. So, I think that I am ready for the weekends ride, but I did get some apple cider vinegar tablets just in case of cramps.
