Vuelta wheels are a good deal. I have a set of the Vuelta XRP PRO wheels I bought late last season. Not the same wheels and the "Tourist" wheels in the link but so far mine are still true and round. The rims are really stiff and take rough roads well. So far I have no broken spokes or other problems after nearly 1000 road miles. I weigh 225 as of this week and I climb on these wheels (spinning) fairly often.
Be warned, tall cross section wheels DO have a cross-wind issue. The wind WILL push you around and you WILL feel it in the steering.
