Yep! It's not that bright, the flash exaggerated it...it's a very deep blue. I bought it a few weeks ago, still need to overhaul the cranks and hub (it's been sitting indoors for decades, the grease is probably solidified by now) but it's a beauty of a bike. Also, mine has some non-stock components that were probably added later on down the line) (Nuovo Record rear derailleur, Record hubs, a really crappy Shimano FD that's standing in for the Record FD that's being repaired that I broke a screw inside of, and obviously the seat ...but I have the original "Italia" leather seat somewhere.)
