Thanks for the advice guys.
I've just gotten sick of it now and am going to take it into the bike shop.
When I got the bike the bike mechanic did set it up for me, but I started to have a few problems with it so decided to “tune” it a little and it started to do this.
The quality of it really doesn't seem that grate at all.
