I saw a thing on Discovery channel yesterday (it poured raining all day) about synthetic spider webs, made from some milk from goats with spider-DNA somehow melded to their own goat DNA. Then they take the milk, and somehow make really strong fibers, much stronger than steel, etc. [seriously, who could make that up, I really saw it]. The whole time I was watching it, I was thinking about how they should try to make that stuff into a frame. I'm holding out for the goat milk/spider web bike, its inevitable that somebody will try it.
