I personally hate summer. If just sitting at the beach watching the wavs roll in the hot weather is fine but working out - it sucks. Starting about now I have to alter what I do. I generally ride in the evening only (after 5) when the temperature starts to
cool down. Even if I start at 7 am the temps will only climb and get hotter. I definitely don't ride without a Camelbak. Best and easiest way to carry more water and I just know I drink more wearing one.
