Just went through the same mental exercise and decided on the CAAD9 5. Can't beat the price per performance ratio on this bike. Trust me, I tried riding my hybrid with some guys on the road, you'll never keep up. They won't be happy with you, you won't be happy with yourself. Just do it, you won't regret.
