Rivendell claims the IRD cafams (?) are really good. So, you might want to add that to your list. I can't link to Riv, their site keeps dying on me.

Riv also points out the width of the Tektro CR720s can be an issue in hitting you and your stuff, require a wider, longer cable run and thus recommend against fitting them on frames <53cm. This would be a fit problem for the rear brake only. If this applies to you, you could combine a lower profile canti in the rear, and use the 720 or other wide profile canti in front for maximum leverage/braking force.

I can see nothing wrong with Pauls, except for the ~$160 cost.

BTW you left Paul touring cantis off your list. The IRDs are basically the same as these functionally, but cost half as much, and are not available in black:
