Well, I'm eating lunch outside of a coffee shop, watching people rolling by on their warmups for the crit at the Mt. Hood Cycling Classic. Oh, and I walked here from my house.
Bit of a change. Unfortunately, work has me swamped, and while I can still ride 18-20hrs a week, taking time off to race this week wasn't in the cards. I haven't used my PT in 2+ months, but I feel stronger than ever. I'd like to do it next year.
