Dura-Ace dust cap stuck on 7800 cranks.

I need to overhaul my DA 7800 crankset to replace the hollowtech II bearings which are pretty well shot. The dustcap however is metal/aluminum (since it's dura-ace ) and it isn't coming off with the place hand tool that came with the cranks. As far as I know, shimano doesn't make any other tools for removing their dustcaps from their Hollowtech II cranks; I've tried liquid wrench and pliers to apply additional torque to the handtool, but it seems to have cold-fused on there pretty good. Has anyone ever had this problem? Any suggestions?
