Actually, yes it will, but why would you want to? Wait until you really make the switch to an 11 speed drivetrain. To join the chain, you need the new chain tool or yu can get by with a SRAM 10 powerloc.

The 11 speed chain is only .1mm or .004 inch narrower inside the inner plates. The 11 speed cogs are .15mm thinner, the same thickness as Shimano 10 (1.6mm). The 11 speed chainring teeth are also .1mm thinner.

FWIW, you can convert a Campy 10 drivetrain to 11 speed with nothing but the shifters, cassette, chain and a minor modification to the RD cable clamp bolt (to increase the actuation ratio).
