Really? I found ultra sports infinitely easier to mount than any of the vittorias, which I love.

The hardest mount I ever did was a set of vittoria randonneur cross tires on ma40 and open cd4 rims. I broke 6 plasic tire levers getting the set on and pinched 4 tubes. Then I remembered watching a friend at a shop inflate the tube just a bit to get it inside the tire, then deflating it all the way and mounting. Made it way easier.
