I got one for the wife for 65. on Craigslist and thought I payed too much!! An '85 PH18 with a some rust on the back rim and a few rude, little scratches. Nothing that can't be touched up. All I had to do was put a new tube on the front and a little peddle work. I'm feeling a lot better about it now.
