OK I've to say something about bringing pets on a tour. I have had dogs all my life, and they would love being with you while you ride. People who protest the humane treatment of animals really get me going. We farm and the animal rights activists are getting a little out of hand. We treat all of our animals very well, but I guess we are exploiting them.
This is a true story, a few years ago a farmer died leaving 3 horses. As the farmer had been quite elderly he had nor worked the horses for a number of years and they had just stood around. A farmer down the road took the horses and started to use them in his driving teams were he gave hay rides around the area. An animal rights group protested saying the horses had not in the past been subject to this abusive work and therefore now they were being exploited. The new owner tired of the protests and sold the horses at a sale. The horses were sold for meat!
