Anyone been to Park Tool School?

Has anyone taken the Park Tool School class? I think it's a one-day, five hour deal. I have always maintained my road and mountain bikes (5+ years) and they work fine, but I always feel like it takes me forever to adjust things (specifically the derailleurs) and while they work okay, it's just not perfect. I was thinking of having my LBS do a tune-up, but this class would be cheaper and hopefully pay off in the long run.

I just want to make sure that it's not too basic - like changing a tube/tire, or how to move your seatpost up/down - because then it will be a waste of money.

Let me know if you have any experience with them! Thanks
