Bike Day! I need help organizing.
Hey yall,
I'm planning a community bike workshop in Waco, TX and I'm looking for tips on how to make it work.
I want to educate the community on bike safety and how to make minor repairs and adjustments, and have a few mechanics there to perform that maintenance. Additionaly I'd like there to be a obstacle/skills course.
If anybody has any experience hosting such an event please let me know what worked and what didn't, and how you recruited sponsors.
