In my view the cyclists and the motorcycle rider were driving incorrectly; they were on the wrong side of the road! And they forced the oncoming car into the wrong lane also!
And the local government painted the dividing line in the wrong color! And it's dashed instead of solid!
Since it seems that everyone is wrong in this crazy place, I'll defer to people who live in said crazy place. I'm sure they have laws and rules of etiquette that determine who is right and who is wrong.
