I think it's an '87 Traveler in Cadet Blue. There should be four small, lightly stamped digits on the headbadge that represent the assembly date. The first three digits are the day of the year (001-366) and the fourth digit is the last digit of the year.

They're nice bikes with double-butted True Temper 4130 chromoly main tubes and forged dropouts. Weight for a bike with a 58cm frame was ~26 pounds.
