Just curious, if 20mph is the warmup, what's the warmed up speed?
I've just started group riding and I suck at pulling too, not because I'm not strong enough to pull an A ride but because I've been riding solo so long I find it hard to modulate my speed properly for the group. I ask a lot of questions, which must be annoying to the ride leaders, but I want to do it properly and safely. There is no substitute for experience I'm sure...hence I get out on a group ride whenever possible and save my balls-to-the-walls efforts for my solo rides.
