Alright, I understand where you're coming from. It's definitely cheaper to buy a stock singlespeed/fixie like a Kilo TT or Cutter than fixing up an old frame. Assuming the only thing I wanted out of this experience was a working bicycle, you would be right. But, in my mind, I'm using this experience to learn more about bicycles so that I can perform maintenance in the future and help friends fix up bicycles too. For that, I'm willing to invest time and money for the long term knowledge pay off.

So back to my original question, in my persuit of finding parts that are compatible, there seems to be a lot of variations in sizing for things such as stems, cranks etc. If anyone knows any resources or measurements that would work on this bicycle, again, I would appreciate it greatly.
