Please stop posting ignorance here. They are the among the best brake pads on the market. Just because you have no idea how to solve brake squeal doens`t mean the pads suck. On the contrary, it just means the mechanic sucks.
And to the OP: Yes the stock cartridge holders on the tektro brakes are `dura`shimano compatible. They will work fine.
