I also feel motivational issues about riding. I try to do 300-350 miles a month with a hectic work schedual.
What I do: When I feel un-motivated, I think about offering up my ride for animals being abused or suffering, the lowland gorillas in Rwanda/Congo struggling to survive or any other wildlife or environmental issue that we insidious humans have caused.
