As is, $100 to $125. Clean it up, new tires, fix those cable housings (routing is wrong, way too long, etc), shine it up, and you could get $225 for it around here. Small investment would bump it $100. Buyers want bikes that sparkle and are ready to ride. This bike could be there with not much work.
