hi...i have a u lock for the new york chain....i only have one key left so i am reticent to use in case last key is lost....the number on the key is ebh@&*%....i could not find this prefix on the website....please instruct.....thanks, bob

Robert, Kryptonite stopped making locks with tubular keyways and we have very small supply of the keys left. Since you have at least one key or aware of the key number and the lock is not attached to anything, send in your lock and key(s) to us along with a note to the address below and we can replace it for you with its current equivalent at no extra cost.
