Headset: stamped Specialized (1")
Bars: Sakae CT (or GT)
Stem: Stamped "custom" on the front and "5R" on the neck.
The moment I saw the serial number I thought it was a 1985 Japanese model. But then I saw the Unicrown fork and noticed the Exage & Sport LX components and 7 cogs. That all points to something a bit later or something put through a blender.
