I've traveled from southern Michigan up to Northwest Michigan a number of times this summer, to ride the dune-hilly area around Traverse City.
I hope to go to Colorado at the end of the month to ride from Glenwood Springs to Aspen and back, with the Fifty-Plus forum. Net altitude gain is around 2500 feet, but it starts at 6000 feet. Plans were solid, but then my co-driver pulled out. I'll spend a few days with relatives in Denver, riding at 5000 feet and beginning to acclimate.
It's also time to look for a job, so I don't foresee any more cycling trips this year.
